சபை கூடுவருதலின் நோக்கம்

பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிப்பதற்குரிய அழைப்பைத் தொடர்ந்து சபை கூடிவருதலைக்குறித்து வலியுறுத்துகிறார்.

எபி-10: 24-25 மேலும், அன்புக்கும் நற்கிரியைகளுக்கும் நாம் ஏவப்படும்படி (தூண்டப்படும்படி) ஒருவரையொருவர் கவனித்து, சபை கூடிவருதலைச் சிலர் விட்டுவிடுகிறதுபோல நாமும் விட்டுவிடாமல், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் புத்திசொல்லக்கடவோம், நாளானது சமீபித்து வருகிறதை எவ்வளவாய்ப் பார்க்கிறீர்களோ அவ்வளவாய்ப் புத்திசொல்லவேண்டும்.

சபை கூடுவருதலின் நோக்கம்: அன்பிலும் நற்கிரியையிலும் தூண்டுவிக்கப்படுதல்

Love is stirred up by:

• Sharing the Word of God to them,
• Serving, helping,
• Praying for them.

Good works are stirred up by:

• Asking questions like, “how did the Spirit of God used you today, what did you do to be filled in the Spirit?”
• Exhorting one another in the coming together.

Here we see the two commandments:

1. loving God,
2. loving the neighbors.

A worship Leader is not one who stands in front and makes others do what he or she says or wants. Rather a worship leader steps out in front and leads others in what he does to go into the presence of God, into doing the will of God, into glorifying God. Many times in many places, worship has become religious activity, duty, traditional act, drawing the attention of others to ourselves. Worship shouldn't be a routine religious and traditional model, that you have certain songs in certain order every week. It shouldn't be of an emotional jumping and screaming. Sometimes silent, sometimes joyful singing and dancing, sometime only one song, sometimes more songs. So be led by the Spirit. We should not be drawing the attention of people towards ourselves. A singer is different from the worship leader. A Singer stands, sings the song and sits. But a worship leader steps in front and leads the people into worshiping the Lord.

Worship leaders must stir the people to:

• look to God
• glorify Jesus.
